Mr. Howell has 14 years of professional experience in the music and entertainment industry consulting for independent record labels and management teams.  Mr. Howell has successfully led projects and performed tasks in marketing solutions, development and implementation for labels/ management teams; strategic sourcing initiatives to include: marketing plans and distributed environments, detailed planning and artist design, development and risk management activities.  In addition to Mr. Howell’s management responsibilities, he has 10 years of studio recording, engineering and 15 years of writing and production experience working with many artist across multiple genres.

Current And Recent Work History

At November Entertainment Group/ November 8 Recordings, Mr. Howell is heading up several soon to be released recording artist, starting as the lead producer on projects he was tasked with creating the artist sound and producing records for the artist  albums and demo projects. Promoted to head A&R and Assistant VP he undertook the responsibilities from setting up photo shoots to scheduling meetings and studio time and meeting with radio station representatives. Currently appointed to Chief Operating Officer Mr. Howell is overseeing all of the projects/project management, daily operations, risk management and security risk assessment activities for the November Entertainment Group/ November 8 Recordings.

Other Relevant Work History

Prior to joining November Entertainment Group, Mr. Howell worked for Booz Allen Hamilton first provided Logistical support for all of the firm’s new hires and team facilitators, which included providing logistics support for classes delivered locally and in other regions, In charge of filing important documents which requires extensive organization via prioritization skills and Microsoft office Suite. Serving as the primary point of contact to support Booz Allen Hamilton employees verifying course dates and times,  coordinating printing of course materials internally and with external vendors, coordinated catering orders, completing scheduled accommodations prior to and on the day of the course.  Also, Mr. Howell as an Administrative Professional for the Facilities Management Team developed the official SOP’s manual (standard operating procedures) for the firms Herndon Parkway along with helping standup the firms first hoteling office site, managed the distribution budget developed the concierge Task Management worksheet, managed monthly  Service Now reports (helpdesk tickets) from across the entire firm. Implemented new procedures to promote more efficient distribution practices, and created ways to lower budget cost in supply orders.  Mr. Howell served as a consultant for the FileMaker management team, outsourced by the by Go Team he was leveraged to provide support on database issues, and later as a part-time junior FileMaker Developer was tasked with helping develop, build and integrate the “Intern Evaluation database” for one of the firm’s clients.

Additionally, Mr. Howell has extensive hands-on experience with designing using the Creative Master Suite, Microsoft Office and administering business and marketing plans.  Mr. Howell has configured and managed many software applications including keynote, iMovie and iMovie HD, Garageband, Protools, Logic, and Reason etc.
